Best Backpack for School High Sierra Backpack Pacific Charcoal

High Sierra Backpack Pacific Charcoal

I have been searching for a backpack for several months, shopping every possible website that sells them. I bought this particular Loop Backpack for my dad last year, and he loved it. Yet I thought I could find a better one, and cheaper. Well, I ended up buying this one for myself as well, and it is perfect. So happy with the size and durability, plus I can use it as a carry-on.

Amazon is the BEST place to shop ; )

Thanks a bunch...

Took this pack to Thailand for 3 weeks. WONDERFUL pack. holds tons, but doesn't hurt your back because of the great padding. The compartments are excellent and ample room to store lots of items. I kept personal items in the front, then kindle and phone, in the largest, kept a big dslr and two lenses. I then topped it off with other misc items. I have bought two, one me and dad, and I intend to buy another as a gift.

For the price I was worried.. This backpack is great. I have a boy about to be a freshman and I am more then certain there is enough room for all this homework, and personal things, and even a spot for his ipod so its not tossed into the bottom of the bag!! May be to big for grade school, but middle school and up yes yes yes!!

This backpack is awesome. I bought it mainly to use for a day trip to new york and it worked great. I was able to store snacks, clothes, kindle, phone, and everything else. It also has straps, which are generally used for holding a sleeping bag or styrofoam pad for hiking, which came in handy for holding jackets. I would recommend this pack for camping, hiking, trips, or any other purpose. This pack has served me well for everything including my frequent trips to the hospital. You need to get this pack. It has a pocket for everything.

My wife was looking for a diaper bag and couldn't find a bag pack style she liked. She decided to buy three different back packs and try them instead. Good Idea! We liked this one the most because it was a small frame, good for a smaller person, like a woman or young adult and it had a lot of storage for the size. The backpack has a lot of storage for the size and we easily fit TWO of all the baby stuff we need to go out for the day. I have carried it a couple of times and I like it a lot. I would recommend it for a school back pack, day pack for hiking or a Diaper bag :).

I ordered this bookbag for my 9th grader because his brother got a High Sierra bag in August. He loved his and it still looks like new, so I thought that this bag would be a good one to stick with. I love the price and the quality of this bag. It is roomy and still looks cool enough for my moody ultra cool 14 year old to carry to school. (It is ALL about the image you know!) There are pockets for everything from keys to ipod, to Mountain Dew and Snickers.

I ordered this product on Monday at about 6 pm and I got a call from my son the next day @ about 4 pm saying that his brothers backpack had arrived!!! I was astonished. That was fast!

I will buy this brand again as well as use Amazon again.

I use this back pack to carrry all my hand tools, these tools are about 45 pounds and stretch the pack to abusive limits. I've had his for about a year and it keeps everything organized, I've got something in all the pockets.

  7. Don't let the size fool you! The multiple compartments that give you plenty of room. It's easy to put on/take off especially since I ride the Metro so I'm not breaking my back trying to get it off.
It has adjustable straps so you can pretty much tailor it to your frame to make it as comfortable as possible.
The back pack also holds up well in rain; amazingly well!
I love the color too; it goes with pretty much everything :)

My only concern is that the zippers are super accessible and that can be an issue especially in packed areas such as the Metro. I typically remove it and can hold it from the upper handle ...sort of like a brief case until I'm out of "sticky fingers" way :)

All in all, GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!! I LOVE IT!

  8. I wanted a new bag to carry all my workout stuff to the gym and sometimes stuff for the beach. It is perfect for that. It is not too big and has lots of compartments and zippers. Its fabric appears tough yet it is a very nice looking backpack. The straps are nicely padded, comfy and very adjustable. I believe this will get lots of use. I am very happy with the purchase.

I had purchased a very cheap backpack from Rite Aid, that didn't even have a brand name associated, and law school tore it to shreds in two weeks. Wish I could have gotten my money back! This backpack was not only a good price but an incredible value. Hasn't shown any signs of wear or tear and it's gotten a lot of use.
